While this is my logging low I don't feel that excited about it. I seem to have a cold and it's likely that I'm mainly just dehydrated.
Worse, I have to go to the dentist today and I'm not really thrilled about the prospect of having a runny nose while my teeth and gums are being cleaned. I'm sure the dental staff are even less thrilled than I.
Anyway, perhaps it's the cold or perhaps it's the irvingia, I can't tell, but either way my appetite has been lackluster at best.
